Select Add-Ons - Reports/Forms - Federal Payroll Reports/Forms - Form 941
NOTE: in the above display, the highlighted file is the most recent quarter update. In order for this to show up here, you must have already ran a payroll quarterly report. If you receive an error, be sure you have entered hours, printed and updated payroll checks for the quarter in question.
Form 941 (Schedule B)
Before you can print the IRS Form Schedule B, you need to use the Company Headings File to select the type of depositor you are for each company. The IRS requires semi-weekly depositors to complete and file schedule B of the IRS Form 941.
Select File Maintenance - Company Headings
Highlight the first company and click 'Edit'; select Monthly or Semi-weekly Schedule Depositor. Specific instructions from the IRS to determine which type you are can be found on page 3 of the information IRS website at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i941.pdf
Select Add-Ons - Reports/Forms - Federal Payroll Reports/Forms - Form 941 (Schedule B)
This will open up the Schedule B 941 Form which is the report of tax liability for semi-weekly schedule depositors, showing the employer's tax liability for the specified quarter.
