Create Your Own Data Directory

The Sample Data that came with Derek is a good framework for your own data.

We will create a new data directory which will copy the original Sample Data files to the new directory. It is usually quicker to modify and delete from the Sample Data than it is to start with a complete blank slate. It will not copy all the transactions you added during the Tutorial.

Then we will change to your newly created directory and clean it of unwanted data.
