Checks to see if you have the latest version of the Derek software.
Select File - WWW Update
This routine uses the Internet to check the Roughneck website. If you are not already connectd to the the Internet, you should manually connect to the internet, then click on the Check Now button, It will check to see if you are running the most current version.
You have two options.
If you have a direct connection (ISDN, Cable Modem, DSL, etc…) and are always connected to the Internet, then you can select the “Automatically check each time the program starts”. Each time you start Derek it will check our server to make sure you are running the most current version of Derek.
If you are not running the most current version of Derek, it will ask you if you would like to download the latest version. If you select ‘Yes’ then it will start to install the latest version into your program directory.
